SQL Power Architect 是一個Java開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)庫建模工具，特別適合做數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)集市的應用建模，它允許設計人員同時打開多個數(shù)據(jù)源連接，并直接從數(shù)據(jù)庫中獲取模型定義，可進行不同數(shù)據(jù)庫之間的模型、表、列的拖放操作。
SQL Power Architect 1.0改進內容：
1.There is a new validation framework that replaces the old quick fix system for forward engineering.
2. A validation manager window allows users to specify what validations apply...to their project.
3. On forward engineer the validator will check if the data model follows the desired restrictions and provide error messages with suggested fixes.
4. The major UI change is that now users can open multiple projects in one window.
5. Each project will appear in a different tab.
6. This release also comes with several bugfixes, including a fix where adding a data source that is invalid will no longer display numerous error messages。
