很實(shí)用的小東西~~~比cacls強(qiáng)大很多。。在Windows資源管理器，進(jìn)入到保存下載的文件的位置，雙擊該文件以啟動(dòng)安裝程序，然后按照說明進(jìn)行操作。

當(dāng)你安裝一個(gè)工具，系統(tǒng)會(huì)提示您選擇安裝目錄。如果安裝了Windows Server 2003的資源工具包，在資源工具包目錄中安裝工具，以避免過大的系統(tǒng)路徑，并確保更可靠的升級(jí)。當(dāng)您安裝Resource Kit中，推薦的目錄是C：\ Program Files文件\ Windows資源工具包\工具。

subinacl介紹：

Subinacl是微軟提供的用于對(duì)文件、注冊(cè)表、服務(wù)等對(duì)象進(jìn)行權(quán)限管理的工具軟件。
安裝WinXP SP3出現(xiàn)拒絕訪問（Access is denied)的解決方法

4. Reboot at SAFE MODE and try install SP3 again.
