手機制造商摩托羅拉已經(jīng)開始針對蘋果展開先發(fā)制人的法律行動，要求法院判定蘋果iPhone產(chǎn)品11項專利無效。
摩托羅拉向美國特拉華州地區(qū)法院提交了該申請，本月早些時候，摩托羅拉起訴蘋果，聲稱iPhone對它所擁有的專利侵權(quán)。提起的訴訟通過一間附屬公司實現(xiàn)，公司指責(zé)蘋果侵犯其18項專利，包括包括3G功能，GPRS，802.11無線和天線設(shè)計，甚至連MobileMe和App Store也共同當(dāng)被告。以下是摩托羅拉請求的專利列表。
